- Identified embedding retrieval bottlenecks in the Text-Response-Classification system using Kibana metrics, implemented vector indexes and resolved memory leaks — reducing retrieval latency by ~1000x.
- Took full ownership of migrating a legacy test harness from Java 8 to Java 21 (used by 4 internal teams), accelerated refactoring with Copilot CLI, and collaborated with DevOps to transition from EC2 to EKS on Jenkins.
- Led the custom operator migration on the Rules Engine, hardening operator contracts and introducing IllegalArgumentException validation — reducing the risk of malformed JSON rules that violate business constraints.
- Resolved multiple OX security vulnerabilities and provisioned AWS infrastructure (S3, IAM, SQS, SNS) using Terraform, improving security posture and expanding infrastructure-as-code coverage.
- Built Grafana dashboards and alert rules for cron job monitoring and wired Microsoft Teams as the contact point — enabling real-time incident visibility across the team.
